Appliances carry manufacturer’s
warranties. Tahoe Homes, LLC does
not warrant any appliances or other
mechanical device installed in your
home, for any period of time,
regardless if the manufacturers
warranty is less than one year.

Mail warranty registration cards
directly to the manufacturer. |

Service |
If an issue arises with an
appliance, call the warranty service
number listed in the manufacturer’s
warranty (see your Homeowner Packet
or click here
for current Sears Phone number).
When reporting warranty items to the
appliance manufacturer, be prepared
to supply the following information:
- The date of purchase
(closing);
- The serial and model numbers
(found on a metal plate on side
or bottom of appliance);and
- A description of the issue.
