Maintenance & Warranty Manual

Maintenance:

No regular maintenance is required. Weep holes must be kept clear. Patching minor mortar cracks is not recommended. The patch is usually more noticeable than the crack.

Limited Warranty:

Exterior masonry may have chips, irregular surfaces, color variations, etc. which occur during manufacturing and/or handling. Unless such conditions affect the structural integrity of the home, they are not covered by any Tahoe Homes, LLC warranties.
